Carbone began with one purpose in mind — bring friends and family together to enjoy pizza prepared the classic Italian way. After years of culinary journeys throughout Italy, it was clear that there was only one way to make pizza. You had to use the farmer down the road, the best tomatoes, traditional techniques and a blistering hot oven. So that’s how we do it.
At Carbone, we use wholesome and fresh ingredients and bake our pizzas in our coal-fired oven at 850°.
